It is absolutely absurd and cynical that there is a ban on asbestos, yet state housing companies such as the Degewo in Berlinwho are supposedly committed to protecting their tenants, conceal the asbestos hazard for decades and even authorise renovations of asbestos flats, thereby directly exposing people to the risk of asbestos. Asbestos danger without warning them of the danger and without having to bear any consequences.
As long as there is a ban, but at the same time people are being put at risk, it is pure mockery. Germany doesn't need a ban on asbestos that only exists on paper, but actual implementation that ensures that people like me are no longer put at risk.
