Mr Stefan Heisig, Chief Public Prosecutor, you recently closed the investigation into those responsible at Degewo. You believe that it is not in the public interest to deliberately conceal the Asbestos danger by Degewo against thousands of tenants over several decades.
Police commissioner: "It's a mess what Degewo is allowing itself to do"
Last summer I came to Berlin to be questioned by the police about the criminal complaint. The police commissioner questioned me for about 2 hours about what had happened and said after the questioning that it was of course a mess what Degewo was getting away with.
Do you think it's okay what Degewo has done to us tenants?
Maybe you didn't look through the file carefully? Maybe you had other stress? Maybe you were distracted by Netflix, Facebook or something else?
I have spoken to several lawyers since your wrong decision, and all of them were very surprised that a public prosecutor would deny the public interest in this matter. Your decision is actually inconceivable for those of us affected.
Mr Stefan Heisig, I and other tenants have come into contact with a dangerous dose of asbestos fibres BECAUSE Degewo acted with gross negligence. Do you think we should simply put up with such a monstrous and dangerous act?
Mr Stefan Heisig, Senior Public Prosecutor, what exactly is your job?
What exactly is the remit of a senior public prosecutor, Mr Stefan Heisig? Shouldn't you act on your own initiative to professionally clear up such "messes", which Degewo has allowed itself for too long?

Have you heard the saying: "If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem"?
Why do you strengthen Degewo (which can be regarded without hesitation as a Offender protection organisation can be described as a "back" here?
Questions for Mr Stefan Heisig, Senior Public Prosecutor
- Do you know Frank Bielka, Sebastian Scheel, Sandra Wehrmann or other Degewo management personally?
- Was your decision influenced in any way by Degewo or another party?
- Have you been intimidated by someone?
E-mail to Chief Public Prosecutor Stefan Heisig
Dear Mr Heisig,
I am deeply disappointed to note your wrong decision. It is a pity that the Berlin Public Prosecutor General's Office is standing idly by and practically encouraging vigilante justice.
The public interest does indeed exist (if this is not obvious, then I wonder whose interests are being safeguarded here).
I inhaled a dangerous dose of asbestos fibres BECAUSE Degewo acted negligently (allowed me to renovate an asbestos flat).
Mr Stefan Heisig, the asbestos fibres I inhaled are not time-barred.
Yours sincerely
